Remember when Steven Spielberg made that movie Poltergeist, about the family who moved into a house built on top of an old Indian graveyard? Remember how the realtor said not to worry because there wasn't an old Indian burial ground or any decommissioned nuclear submarines buried anyplace close, so it wasn't like Love Canal or anything? And the family thought they were safe? Then all of the sudden these radioactive flies start swarming around the windows and the TV started sucking up all those kids?
