This year marks a continued step in our Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) journey, as we release our third annual Sustainability Report. While we’re proud of our legacy as a leader in automotive and chemical solutions, we also recognize the need to innovate not only in what we deliver to customers, but in how we operate – for the health of our planet, the strength of our communities, and the trust of our shareholders.
Our approach is rooted in action. Across our operations, we remain focused on protecting the planet and reducing our environmental footprint by improving energy efficiency, minimizing waste, conserving water, and lowering emissions.
Equally, we continue to prioritize and empower our people. From building a culture that values safety, opportunity, and collaboration – our commitment to our employees, partners, and communities remains steadfast. Through programs like OWI One and OWI CARES, we are investing in impact that goes beyond business.
And finally, strong governance is a critical pillar for our company. We are increasing transparency, strengthening accountability, and aligning our efforts with the expectations of our shareholders. ESG is not just a report – it’s the right thing to do.
