OWI recognizes the 2022 PEAK Performer of the Year: Dana Verbeten.
We want to recognize the 2022 PEAK Performer of the Year: Dana Verbeten. Dana started with OWI on January 5th, 2022, as a Customer Support Trainer. In May of that year, she filled in as customer service supervisor for national accounts while the primary supervisor was out on leave. Dana won over the team quickly, exhibiting her "Get It Done" attitude. By August 1st, she had been promoted to Manager of Customer Service. When faced with unexpected tasks and projects, Dana excelled at preparing her team and championing the resolution of issues. Dana has maintained the status of a steady and trusted mentor to our supervisors, including building upon the culture and morale of the team, which is currently at an all-time high, greatly due to her efforts.
In reflecting on the award and her year’s efforts, Dana said, "What an extraordinary year it has been working here at OWI. First and foremost, I want to thank my team for the hard work that they do every day. Customer service is the backbone of every company, and I truly believe we have the best team. Winning this amazing award is not mine alone, it is for the entire team, which includes the business partners we work with every day. I absolutely love working here and look forward to coming to work every day to make a difference. I have never worked for a company with such strong leadership from the top down and such a clear mission for success. I truly think this is a great honor, and I promise to continue doing the best job I can for my team and the company." We thank Dana for her year of excellence and continued efforts.
