Old World Industries earns the 2021 NAPA Service Award

The award was presented to the OWI team by Senior Vice President Retail, Consumer Merchandising, and Digital Cameron Richardson and NAPA Executive VP Supply Chain, Jeff England. 

“We are excited and honored to receive the NAPA Service Award,” said Old World Industries CEO Greg Noethlich. “The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to Old World Industries, so we are thrilled to be recognized for our dedication and hard work."

OWI Chief Executive Officer, Greg Noethlich and OWI Senior Channel Director: Distribution, Chris Alexander were on hand to accept the award.  

The NAPA Service Award is for the vendor that provides the most extensive service, from fill rates to customer service, and training. The award is voted on by NAPA team members working at distribution centers, in supply chain, and sales support teams as they are impacted directly by each vendor.  

Receiving this award is important to the overall success of the OWI retail partnership with NAPA and is driven by the supplier's commitment to serving their independent owners and training every level of their organization on why our products are the right fit for their customers. 

In 2021, OWI received the Spirit of NAPA Award.
