NASCAR Truck Series: LOVE'S RV Stop 225 - Lincoln, AL
Monday, October 20, 2025:
The 23rd of 25 races in the 2025 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series took place at the Talladega Superspeedway this last Friday. The 90-lap race was kicked off by OWI's own Greg Noethlich, the honorary starter for the race, who waved the green flag and cheered on the PEAK/Love's #34 Truck, driven by Layne Riggs.
Starting at the 35th position, Riggs had a lot of ground to gain in this important race. Towing the cutoff line for Playoff standings, a top-ten finish was crucial for Riggs and the Front Row Motorsports team. After nearly 3 hours of racing in Alabama weather in the high 80's, he was able to climb to a 5th place finish. The result dropped him to 6th in the overall standings, but with two races remaining for the #34 Truck to improve its ranking. The next race will be the Slim Jim 200 at the Martinsville Speedway in Virginia on Friday, October 24th.
NASCAR Cup Series: YellaWood 500 - Lincoln, AL
Our PEAK logo saw more NASCAR racing action over the weekend, as Todd Gilliland and his #34 PEAK/Love's Car competed in the NASCAR Cup Series YellaWood 500. The 36th of 38 races in the 2025 Cup Series occurred at the Talladega Speedway on Sunday, with 193 laps lasting over 3 hours.
In similar fashion to Riggs, Gilliland knew he had ground to gain, starting the race in the 27th position. Both he and his vehicle answered the call to action, as Gilliland fought to an astounding 2nd-place finish. In his eighth Cup Series start at this racetrack, this result is the best Cup Series finish of his career. The next NASCAR Cup Series race will be the Xfinity 500 at the Martinsville Speedway in Virginia on Sunday, October 26th.
We want to thank the Front Row Motorsports team and wish them the best of luck in the conclusions of their 2025 race seasons!
